"Joe" is another colt by Fintry Drift Hancock and out of a special mare. "Lil" was probably one of the last horses alive to still have Joe Hancock and Lucky Blanton on her papers. She also had Star Duster who was a grandson of the great Oklahoma Star. Joe has always been an "Old Soul", laid back and easy. He's one of those horses that never waste a motion. He spent two summers up on a ranch with 3500 head of cows and proved himself to be every bit a cowboys horse. He's the horse you saddle if it's -30 and a snowstorm, and you have to go two miles to get a calf. His colts are alot like him in that they are easy to train and sensible. Right now we only have three of his daughters around as his colts sell fast.
